Why work with us?

Our staff meet high quality standards, before a person starts their employment. EHR ensures that they have checked the following for your candidates:

  • Have received at least two references, including one or more from the applicant’s current or previous employer, particularly where they are or have been previously employed as a care worker and are applying for a post as a care worker and will be engaged in “regulated activity”

  • Have gathered a full history of their employment in care services work and to have
    examined any gaps or discrepancies.

  • To have verified any qualifications claimed by the applicant.

  • To have made identity checks (by obtaining all the information set out in schedule 3 of the
    regulations).

  • To have completed all eligible Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, and other relevant checks.
